The NYPD continue to target, Stop & Search Both passengers & their vehicles without propable cause in minority areas….You will never see this kind of policing in privileged areas, because the NYPD are convinced that it is easier to target minorities who cannot afford an attorney to protect their Rights, than target privileged people who just pick up the phone and get shit done with their pricey attorneys…As you can see that the driver and his passengers have not received no summons or no arrest meaning NO REASON TO STOP THE VEHICLE in the first place…Officers call this “Cherry Picking”, hoping they get a collar from their illegal tactics…..#NYPD
