When Officers block the bus stop, the bus cannot enter the stop accordingly to pick up & discharge passengers which places the passengers in Danger…These officers from the 40Pct decided to block the full bus stop so that they can sit in a restaurant and eat while placing these citizens in Danger…The NYPD is the sole representatives of “VISION ZERO” This is put in place to keep the motorists safe, however, these same people who enforce “VISION ZERO” are out violating the same traffic laws…Yes police are given latitude when responding to 911 calls, or in an emergency, but blocking the Bus Stop to sit in a restaurant to eat is not an emergency, especially when there were other places these officers could of parked legally….Thereafter, Officers were seen profiling 2 Hispanic Males that were temporarily stopped legally in between the yellow lines, but then decided to follow them to a safe distance from CPU to conduct a bias, racially motivated stop….CPU is pushing for a Federal Investigation into the 40Pct..We have received many email complaints about the conduct of officers from the 40Pct, and are gathering all information & Video’s
