The #NYPD , especially officers from the 46Pct continue to Target out-of-state motorist of people of color in the Bronx. Everyday this is a common practice here in the Bronx where people from out of state that come into New York get harassed and pulled over by the NYPD for no apparent reason other than the fact that they’re from out of state and they automatically assume that people are here to either buy drugs or think that they are up to no good however and this case you will see these officers from the 46th stopping this car running his information give him back his information without a written summons or anything to justify the stop. This is a total violation of the Fourth Amendment rights of the Constitution to be free from searches and seizures by this officer pulled his vehicle over for no reason and demanding his information without any violations occurring is a violation of that Amendment.
