UPDATE: The guy turned himself in with his attorney at the 46Pct and the District Attorney Deferred Prosecution & immediately released the guy pending investigation….we all know that this brother will not be charged 💪 YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST AN UNLAWFUL ARREST……
A NYPD Officer, while arresting someone, decided to turn around and unlawfully arrest a guy that was just concerned for the well being of the person they were arresting…So the officer received a nice Chokehold, and a slam to the ground for his unlawful efforts…then the guy gets away…If you have not committed a crime then you have the right to defend yourself by any means necessary #copwatchpatrolunit #copwatch #nypd
