in the news it mentioned there was a foot chased and that the perp drew his weapon in which the #NYPD had to kill him….But the radio call says different, it states that he was apprehended without any mention of a Chase or shots fired, it states that the only apprehended him…THE NYPD DID A REVENGE KILLING WHEN THE APPREHENDER IT…IF IT WAS TRUE, THIS WOULD OF BEEN RECORDED ON THE 911 DISPATCH
