Sgt. Edwin Y. Ching (46), Officer Brendan F. Cronin’s (46) supervisor , and Officers Ryan E. Bracconeri (PBBX), Williams Concannon (33) and Jeffrey P. Griffin (46), directly participated in and facilitated the abusive consumption of alcohol by Officer Brendan F. Cronin while and after undergoing training exercises in dynamic vehicle takedowns at Rodman ‘s Neck on April 29, 2014. 12. Sgt. Edwin Y. Ching and Officer Ryan E. Bracconeri facilitated Cronin’s alleged inebriation and then took no actions to prevent him from driving his vehicle while intoxicated. Note: How can an Officer who has been accuse of – Excessive Force, Unlawful Stop/Search, Assault and Battery, False Arrest/False Imprisonment, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Malicious Prosecution, Negligence could be allowed to work for the NYPD.
