NYPD (NST) Officers had, by definition committed GANG ASSAULT on a male civilian in Brooklyn for sitting in his car while it was parked with the ignition off.
When is it a crime, or Propable Cause to harass & approach a civilian sitting in his parked car in NYC?
This is exactly how this incident took place, these NST Officers seen a man sitting in his car, then 2 unmarked police vehicles approached the car, they jumped out and began to harass the owner of the vehicle, trying their best to find a reason to search the vehicle.
NYPD Officers did not like the fact that the Owner told the officers that he does not “Give Consent” to search the vehicle….so the Officers escalated the situation, and caused a disruption to find reason to arrest & grab the car for further illegal inspection of the car back at the 67Pct
This happens everyday in Communities Of Color….NYPD NST Officers violating civilians Rights, especially in this video.
