On 05-15-23 at 9:05am, a homeless man was assaulted in the middle of the street by a man who works in the area of 13 street & 8th Avenue….A third party caller called 911 about a man (Homeless Guy) being assaulted in the street……
6Pct NYPD Officers Brian R. Ferguson, Shield No. 6843 and Officer Eric J. Fabrizio, Shield No.27211 arrived 1st on the scene, and immediately began to be verbally & physically disrespectful to the victim because he appeared to be homeless, ignoring the fact that he was just assaulted by someone who wasn’t homeless, but works in the area……
6Pct Officer Ferguson, who has 5 ALLEGATIONS and Lawsuits against him became unhinged on scene with the victim, telling him that he doesn’t care about him being assaulted, and didn’t care about anything he had to say…..this officer even had to be led away to his vehicle because other officers noticed that he became unhinged…..
This Officer even became unhinged on me when I told him to calm down, and that he was talking to much, in return, he screamed at me, and even PUNCHED the window of his RMP (Police Vehicle).
NYPD Officer Brian R. Ferguson is a ticking time bond waiting to explode.
