  1. How is this case still going on? Smith v Cumming was decided in 2000, NINE YEARS prior to this incident.
"As to the First Amendment claim under Section 1983, we agree with the Smiths that they had a First Amendment right, subject to reasonable time, manner and place restrictions, to photograph or videotape police conduct.   The First Amendment protects the right to gather information about what public officials do on public property, and specifically, a right to record matters of public interest.
"… Thus, the district court erred in concluding that there was no First Amendment right."
How then can this COP say "In Florida, it is illegal for you to audio record me. I don't care if you take pictures, but you can't record my voice."

  2. Damn what a smart ass cop I bet his family is really proud of him 👮😡😡😠

  3. is this an old video ? these cops are acting like its 20 years old. how are they saying its illegal to audio record

  4. The Officers conducted themselves in
    VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.
The Clip does not need explanation from
Their viewpoint. It IS WHAT IT IS
    We All See it.. UNPROFESSIONAL

  5. Love how she ignored his "…are you ready for me to talk now? When you are ready for me just let me know….", especially as he was not willing to listen to her and kept interrupting her. POS!

  6. This goes to show how stupid police are .. the one thing they swear to that gets them a job they forget immediately ….how dumb can you be to see poor police training up and down the chain of command…auditors now see that this department need a massive audit…I hope she says them easy one…you can see the first amendment means nothing to idiots…of the chief of police sees and hears nothing wrong in this whole encounter then he needs to be replaced…the I'd eww a that anything a police says means you must do illegal or unconstitutional it matters not…govt employees who forget who they work for

  7. oh don't worry she got the message loud and clear that she isn't as important as you and she should shut her mouth and have no say at all . how about sit spot sit

  8. It's a DAMN SHAME it takes longer to become a HAIR STYLIST in this Country than it does to become a JACKBOOTED THUG with a badge…..

  9. "I don't cry when the police die because they probably deserved it"

Corporate Avenger I don't fault the police

  10. Please call and let them know how you feel about them violating the Constitution. We have to stand up for our rights and those violated 100%. This is absolute bullshit.

  11. This case should be still ongoing and someone also needs to push for the judge to be stood down from the bar. Basically stems from a 1st amendment violation and the constitution states judges must lean in favor of the citizen whose rights were violated.

  12. This is been going on for how long ⁉ yet your constitution has been in existence since when ? Wow I bet the words "learning experience" are in the chiefs final press speech ✌UK,USA✌
