3. I was surprised at the warm welcome the local cops gave you. As one of your ardent followers of Jason and the Watchman, I remember a police action with cops of your then hometown harassing you over a Garage sale Sign on your front lawn. Perhaps that was a different NY city than Amagannsett. P.S. I Like the Watchman's shorter haircut. He looks much more mature than age 20.

7. Exactly…i used to work for a Vietnamese guy , very successful . He would let you take all the pictures you want GIVE you his recipes if you ask , including tips and tricks…. he was all about making customers happy… when asked about people copying his recipes by giving them out…he simply replied " i am the best" he was right…nobody could do it as well as him… I saw one place copy his menu , decor(because he had people lining up) copy prices….they closed in a year. when the economy went bad in 90's he turned it into higher end fine dining figuring the wealthy will still eat out…right again , still in business.
