Time served??? REALLY???
42 year old grandfather…. ridiculous….
Wow! He didn't steal the package and now searching his car. They trying to find any reason to get this gu
Why aren't the cop's charged with drug trafficking. They intentionally sent drugs to soneines house to try and entrap people.
And we wonder why we wanna defund the police? There are good cops out there but there are way to much bad cops for it to be okay to continue to fund them. I’m sorry but having seen hundreds of cops per year acting like this. So it’s safe to assume the police commission is the problem.
The police straight set that american man up how is that democracy?
The police put dope on the man's front door intentionally just to bust him or family members. You are going to tell me that ain't the KKK
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You guys need to come to Rochester Minnesota
Of course, the perp had Marijuana delivered. He just didn't use his own name.
America has be became a police state…..
Them cops was determined to lock that man up for no reason what so ever…. Those are corrupt cops
To protect and serve..the police need respect that
They basically said on camera how they need to use a dog to cheat and gain probable cause even know the the stop was illegal in the first place . What a buncha bull
Piece of shiy dpoke and knew ehat he was when a package was planted their job not just sender management
Okay why tf dont we have cop college? Like a full 4-year program of training that you can get financial assistance to attend. 2 years of shadowing on the job and doing office work/dispatch. Officers now are trained to use the law to feed their ego and make as many arrests as possible. They dont care about helping people or making our country safer. They just want to abuse the system in order to make easy arrests and pad their departments statistics. Makes me sick the way they will ruin someones life for another arrest static.
The officers were breaking the law the whole time.😂 An not one officer would say anything. Where is the fbi on this one to investigate.
How can we be save from the police
Bad cops bad cops, wach ya gonna do, wach ya gonna do when they come for you…
I can’t breath 😂
Although this k9 did not trigger, rightfully, what are the repercussions, if any, when a k9 triggers and nothing is found? Is there a history search done on the k9 or handler for improper handling, possibly encouraging false alerts to justify the search, unlawfully?
Cops send drugs to victim and arrest him for distribution. neat scheme.
When they call dispatch for the EMS. Why did they have to say his race. They pulled him over for no reason and they continue to find reasons to charge him.
My gosh they are so violent and they use the badge for criminal activity 😡
In 2009 I got stopped I told the police know they couldn't search they got a canine they made a false positive, then they searched all my new books and actually found a dime that was from high school 3 years before that. Boy I never seen a judge take my side like that and throw it out of court. Told the police that had no right to search my books and all that
Was he about to say we got snipers? Then he corrected himself because he knew his body cam was on. What a scumbag
42 year old Grandfather!?
This guy got punched in the face and cried like a little bitch because he intentionally failed to listen to follow simple instructions to get out the car. Jeeze this would piss off officers and would do it to get fired. Sure they conducted everything wrong, but the guy got humiliated and punched in the face 😂 I’d never accept that for lawsuit money. You loose brain cells that way and respect as a man. I got arrested 5 times including traffic stop for drug search and I never lost my self respect, because I listen what the cop says and prevents me getting punched and humiliated.
Watch on 2x speed, you'll thank me later.
Update on this?
Cops are worse than criminals…this is scary " but i got to the point that I hate cops "
Entrapment???
Oh, he was CLEANER than THEM
Why are they all dressed up like ninjas? And have “snipersâ€. It’s a box of weed, not a terrorist threat.
These cops are outta control, and got themselves so worked up about nothing.
I copy that get your ass back here
google get your ass back here
Every cops refusing to intervene should be held accountable also.
Love the videos but you are the worst commentator I’ve ever heard like I have to skip half the video
It's an illegal search!
Sounds very unlegal to me! IT WAS NOT a legal order!
God, look at all the fucking Gravy Seals.
17:55 why are they dressed like terrorist
This proves the FBI is a joke
So the other terrorist where not arrested, they cooperating in the attack and set up planting drugs
Black guy get pick on
America is supposed to be the land of the free.
This poor man. They didnt even call emd for a long time. He hadnt done anything and these crazy people attacked him.
Every single person on scene that did not intervene. I hope this man goes after them with USC 18 subsection 242 deprivation of civil rights under the color of law as well as conspiracy to do so he needs to press very hard and make sure that everybody involved in this completely flopped controlled delivery is held accountable.
So they illegally arrested and had his vehicle illegally searched as well. They may have fired him however that didnt stop him from going to another barricks to apply for another job as a dirty corrupt pig
All police officers who were there were "all" guilty of "illegal entrapment" labeling them ""all"" as corrupt cops openly breaking the law instead of enforcing it!!! They really aren't solving the problem of crime but instead, they are making it worse by making even more criminals! Because many people mistakenly think that when cops break the law then there is no law and they wrongfully turn to crime to fight them!
What do we have when several police officers are always so arrogantly on power trips and guilty of knowingly breaking several laws like illegal search and seizure, unnecessary illegal assault, and brutal unnecessary illegal force. and illegal entrapment, etc. when dealing with an innocent suspect that they tried to put under blatant illegal entrapment by planting illegal drugs on his property! These police officers are supposed to be setting good examples by enforcing all laws instead of openly breaking them? what do we really have? "Corrupt law enforcement agencies" who really aren't enforcing the laws! But what can we do about it! Many are turning to crime because of it but that isn't the answer!
