6. The only good cops are cops that can keep it quiet. If in a single cop encounter, they may be honest. If in a group they will fold to the hyper aggressive thugs that are on the scene. Therefore there are no good cops.

   I understand that youtube is a private business, but they are also purveyors of public information, so their edit, or restrictions of public information, should be very limited, or even nonexistent in my opinion.

We citizens of this country who have paid taxes all of our adult, and even pre adult lives should never have to pay for any information that concerns our government, we've already paid for that information, so to request a copy of an internal audit from internal affairs should be as simple as them making copies of "everything" concerning the case requested, and not be charged anything for that evidential information.

20. it would be great if everyone dropped everything to deal with your requests. But what happened here is what one might expect. Most important is the person who has the files may not be the one to give those files without some approval. It is the 'golden rule' – the bosses have the gold.
    One would not expect the janitor to supply documents under FOIA. I could only watch the first half.

26. I have noticed that since COVID, many public buildings are woefully understaffed. Yet everyone seems to still be employed and receiving a paycheck. I went by one county building and it was closed with a sign to call a number. When I did they originally said the building was closed due to COVID restrictions. When I informed them that there were no current restrictions they balked and finally admitted that the building was closed due to "lack of staff." When I asked why the staff was not at work I was told they work from home now and that the building manager had the authority to close any building for "lack of staff."

    You might want look into this issue locally. Seems everyone to which you wanted to talk was not at their desks.
