  38. How many trillions of dollars has the DEA run thru in the last 20 years? You can still buy just about any drug you want in any town in America. So why do we keep funding them? Drug use is a personal decision and each individual has to make that choice. It is not a legal problem, it is a personal problem. To stop using drugs that individual must make the decision or it won't work. The DEA probably gets about 5% of the drugs that come thru. Treat the users. We have lost so many of our rights since the "War on Drugs" started about 60 years ago.
