Like all plainclothes officer do, when they see a vehicle with out of state plates they automatically target them, which in this case, these females we’re being serviced at a gas station and plainclothes officers decided to run up on them illegally and unconstitutionally search them and their vehicle without consent and without probable cause to stop them, however in light of the illegal search they found some kind of contraband which got them arrested, typical fruit from the poisonous tree and if they have a good attorney the case will be thrown out. Also I want to point out that in order for these females to be detained in the vehicle, they will have to be searched, I do not see a female officer in the crowd at all , which is safe to say that these male officers had a good time patting them down.
