I follow the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals *, where it takes about 6-10 years for cases to reach oral arguments, the 6-12 months for an opinion. By that time, the cop has resigned or retired robbing the people of justice. Only SCOTUS can rescind Qualified Immunity and Civil Asset Forfeiture.
