B- My azz! This Uneducated TYR.. Gets a. F😢
This Ai. Do Not know the Facts or Law! Cop has no. R.A.S…..
I think people become cops because they can;t do nothing else ?
This “good cop†will find himself on duty in the WORST part of town with NO backup EVER!
Back2Basic remember finish the sentence reasonable suspicion of a crime committed! Officers trained to SUSPECT EVERY CONTACT But forget that CALL makes me guilty of what crimes??😊
looking thru someone's car and looking into someone's car is 2 total different things!!!!
Controversial opinion… but stop looking through other people's car windows and maybe you will get less police attention.
It's weird how cops arbitrarily enforce hearsay that they didn't witness.
It seems like the majority of people in this comment section instantly put the blame on any cop even if they were assessed as to not have done anything specifically wrong in the video. He could have had his reasons to doing what he did. There is no context to what happened prior so we can't fully know. From what we see here there are possibilities that either or is in the wrong here. It is my first time visiting one of these channels but, it seems that this is where people that hate cops go to.
Remind me not to ever go to Ohio
Address false report
But if we do it to these souvenir citizens we go to jail
i don't know law but i love police interactions
I don't know, did the good cop really defend the citizen from his fellow officer?
Our major problem is that we the people are trying to navigate within the bounties of unjust and vague laws specifically designed to rob us of liberty.
Not sure if you know the Constitution Law, but, to help, everything you read from is from Corporation By Law which the Supreme Court has ruled is not the Law for we the PEOPLE. Yes it is for the person… this is why they want your ID to pull you in to their Jurisdiction. But a man is not required to show papers of Identification. The physical appearance is his ID. When he gives a name that is by his choice. All People have a right to stay in the private! We have been subjected to the nanny state. But all men are free as to the Law of Equity! Maybe you would do well in making videos based on the real Law of the Land which is Common Law or Laws of Equity which is the Superior Law! Still though I do thank you for posting and have enjoyed the content!!! It helps concrete what is DeJure and what is defacto!!!!
But is there any requirement for the officer to proove a tip was made and that the description matched?
Otherwise any cop could just say that
Nobody looks like him come on man
What?
Have you noticed that there is always a "however" in the law that will allow the cops to act like Nazi Tyrants and get away with it? Half of these videos wouldn't exist if it wasn't for the extremely large and delicate ego of the petulant and fragile little officers that have to have a gun and a badge in order to feel like a real man. They could not function in the real world..
nobody know what they talking about, lmfao
"Imma sue you…" blah blah blah. As so common, the most vocal are often the most ignorant.
Look at those eyes he is stoned
This whole interaction seems like an awkward sketch from a TV show
I think he is a masterbater just look at the weasel
"yeah you like that shameless plug dont ya bitch"
Banning the filming of police while on private property is a dangerous precedent to set. One could easily argue that, while the location may not be public, that actions taking place are very much a matter of public interest.
Blacks stick together
“He that leadeth into captivity SHALL go into captvityâ€
Revelations 13:10
He was suspected of looking in cars, there was suspicion of possible theft being premeditated, cop used reasonable force to stop the guy. Guy should have produced his ID. The guy thinks he was being discriminated against because it was a white cop.
It’s just crazy police can just walk up on you and put you in cuffs without even knowing what’s going on.
Stfu ATA dude was on city property. The city of Cleveland put those sidewalks in! So Stfu and he got paof
Typically agree with these but this one seems to be stretching for it.
This channel has really turned into a sovcit echo chamber. He gives this ignorant citizen a B grade, yet the guy was in a stop & identify state and the officer had R.A.S.
This is why Ohio is the worst state in
It’s clearly a race issue. He doesn’t want a white cop to talk to him
Security guard should shut up.
Thumbs down for advert 👎
Every hospital is funded by the government, if it isn’t directly, then through a 3rd party.
@johnlang6593 I just stumbled across your channel recently and have been binge watching for days now. I'm a 13-year E6 in the Navy and greatly appreciate the educational and inquisitive way you explore the boundaries of authority and practical vs theoritcal applications. I especially applaud the commending of those who model professional, courteous behavior on both sides.
I am pleased to find a channel that supports mature examination and reflection on these tense interactions, instead of another hocker of "recreational outrage". I expect to continue watching as a source of continuing professional education and keeping my eye out for examples to pull for training my subordinates about escaliting/descalating conflict as they step into higher ranks.
Thank you for this positive contribution to the inter-webs.
the first cop had a punchable face tbh
I know that good cop. He’s a good friend of mine, I worked with him and texted him the internet loves him! He’s always been a great man. I’m not surprised how well he handled this!
First of all white man you put your hands on the wrong man you know violated his rights and you still didn't live then you going to demand him to identify himself none of that's going to happen now you know violated his rights now it's turned into a major lawsuit what's your name in the city attitude brother make sure you don't let them get away with nothing make sure you making me accountable for everything that he said and everything that he done make sure you got you a good attorney and make sure you dig heavily into their pockets and get all of it that you can get cuz if you look into his pale face it look like something wrong with him and keep on recording him don't let him get away with nothing cuz he is standing on a lie and another black cop I wouldn't trust him either because if you want to keep his job he going to lie he will work with him and lie together on you to try to build a case against you so make sure you got all your eyes and cross all your t's is video shows exactly how these white cops are corrupt and something mentally mental illness is wrong with this cop or something don't trust them cuz they're not your friends
Maybe I’m missing something, but what I got from your narration was that the citizen was majority if not completely in the wrong. From the stop and identify all the way to filming on the private property. Personally I don’t like or agree that a cop can just “harass†a citizen just working out and minding his own business. But from what you stated, the cop was legally in the right. As far as the other cop goes, “defending†the citizen would’ve been him telling his partner that he was in the wrong. Not walking away and waiting until he and the citizen were by themselves and saying “that’s crazy it should’ve never went that farâ€. I’m pretty sure when the cop got back to his partner his energy changed to siding with his partner. That’s just a cop that doesn’t want to be viewed as a the bad guy or sell out in the eyes of a certain demographic
This cop is using the Travis Heinze lull-you-to-sleep-with-awkward-never-ending-words technique on Jeff
a B?! you gave this dude a B?? you missed this one brother, civilian was in the wrong 100%
This male karen
The person only started recording the incident as he was in an interaction with law enforcement, and not because he was in protest. Also, many hospitals receive federal and state funds. I am not sure how this greys the lines but it does. Also, the security guard is completely out of line. AT best, the peace officers should have dismissed or segmented him from the interaction even if the security officer was acting as a witness. The security officer, if anything, was impending an investigation. Peace Officers should understand escalating and descalating management tactics.
Terry v Ohio is illegal as it relates to the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution. There is always a need for law enforcement officers to collaborate by observing any alleged criminal activities before they affect an arrest and/or detention.
I watch all sorts of these but I can't overlook the guy in the black BMW bottom of the screen at 4:26 not once but twice door ding the car next to him
