12. I'm confused. These cops didn't just kill the guy and claim he was using deadly force against them ( the car ). Have they been trained properly?

18. It makes sense now why they didn't kill him once you showed the slow mo of him stealing the other cop car. If he had been a white dude it would have ended right then and there as being deceased.

20. One cop had a taser in the guys face as he was getting into the cop car and let him drive off with the car. None of this adds up. It appeared like they let him take the car. Drill gone live? probably not, but kind of smells like it.
