13. Recording in certain areas of public government buildings is permitted. But the issue of the interaction between the person recording and a government official has not been scrutinized under the lens of a reasonable expectation of privacy. Can they opt out? Are they required to proceed with what is being requested and permit the recording of the interaction? In the future, case law may take the position that if the government can record us under a given scenario, shouldn’t our right be at least equal to theirs if not greater as they are in the position to harm the public? Does their position as an authority not lend itself for us to me asked to immediately comply where they may not be correctly enforcing law and policy? Should brew not have the video as a defense mechanism and it’s minimal instructive value outweigh the protection we can receive at a later time? Do we not factor a resistance to recording from the government as the absence of a presumption of innocence in their interaction with the public? As we are considering defunding the police, is there not a stricter interpretation as to what our rights are? Could the George Floyd cops not argue that the people recording nearby were “interfering?” Doesn’t that interference have to be articulable and held to a higher threshold given that we have this as a right derived from the constitution?

Why didn’t she just scan the actual stamp that she gave to you? I work for the postmaster. That’s very bad business. She can get fired for that. That will mess up the stock count.

The government at every level has turned into a treasonous cult that has circled its wagons for some ulterior purpose than involves destroying the sovereignty of the People of the USA, and to turn them into de facto inmates in an open air gulag. It is plain to see, happening in plain sight, clearly organized with this intent on every level of its being deployed, the means/method/motive,/opportunity are all clear, the agents involved are all clear, there is no doubt about it, that the government has become a full-blown tyrant. What they are interested in centrally is MIND CONTROL. Multigenerational conspiracies to subvert do not require outright attacks on every right of the Citizen that they will eventually subvert, but will in fact usually require NOT doing that, but rather to bring it in gradually, to "boil the frog" by a gradual increase in the temperature of the water. It is not even a matter of a "theory". IT IS THE PERENNIAL PROBLEM OF POWER, OF GOVERNMENT (of ANY kind), and of People in General, that corruption proceeds apace without adequate measures to prevent it or correct it, and even that this is inevitable given the faulty vigilance of people (being properly vigilant is now "hypervigilance" and marks one as "paranoid"), and so this isn't some draw out of a hat or shot in the dark. THIS IS THE ONLY CERTAINTY IN THE WORLD, that governments/power structures/institutions of authority, groups of people, are ALL inevitably going to become corrupt in regards their possession of what power they have as to its being abused, and negligence about their duties and obligations (what they were empowered to do in the first place). ETERNAL VIGILANCE is the PRICE OF FREEDOM. But the People have shown they cannot maintain it. But you seem to have the Spirit of Vigilance and Love of Freedom in abundance!
