  4. The entire criminal justice system and the political bureaucracy that oversees it is all conveniently put in place to stack the deck against the average citizen. The government has all the time money and resources to stomp the average citizen into the dirt. The fact that the criminal justice system is set up this way did not happen by accident.

Lengthy verbal arguments might get more clicks & likes but they also drag shit out allowing more time for frustrated piggy ego's to get more and more angry, butt-hurt and escalated ! … It might be safer and help to expedite things if folks had a few choice penal codes like 38.02 / 148.g / whatever printed onto A4 paper in the largest font size that will fit on the page so that when ( as in this case ) a Crack ID Addict pulls this kind of shit, just hand them a printed copy of the actual penal-code / law that they are so clearly ignorant or intentionally negligent of then revert to answering ALL subsequent questions with >>> " I refer you to the printed penal-code / law that I handed you a few moments ago " !

    It might sound like bullshit but even the most pig-headed piggy will take shit much more seriously if it is written down / printed out because they know a court will be able to SEE what was written / printed and handed to them and find it much more difficult to brush aside and overlook than a " he said, she said " or " your word vs the cop's word " verbal testimony which can be stricken from the record and therefore never make it to any subsequent appellate court !!! Putting shit in writing and video recording them being handed a printout makes it impossible, even if they immediately screw it up and chuck it away without looking at it, for them to deny that they were given EVERY opportunity to do the right thing 😉

  11. I think where this movement go next is auditing Prosecutors / DA's . Demanding they prosecute cops like this, for crimes like this. Auditing Federal, State, and local Prosecutors . The only one that has the ability to file criminal charges are Prosecutors.

  23. To be honest James I do think following cops around in south Texas could be a little suspicious Would be reasonable suspicion, but not probable cause for an arrest.
