Another garbage road pirate. This is a pos tyrant & only a kook would give a ticket for this.
Shouldn't have signed it that's an admission of guilt.
how can the client owner be liable if the car is stock standard from the manufacture, so no performance cars are alowed
Wow. Officer Torres is an F’ing moron. Has no business being in any position of authority
Imagine being this fragile as a cop. He was like “I’ll show him†such a man child. They way he mutters because he really doesn’t have any reason to pull him over
Also DDE WORKS FOR HIM SELF AND HE WORKS IN CA ALL THE TIME, INFACT HE WAS WORKING WHEN HE WAS PULLED OVER..what does DDE DO ? he makes videos in ca and other parts of the state ,just cause he lives in Canada he works in CA,all the time ,he is in CA And working when he was pulled over, just cause he posts his videos on YouTube doesn’t mean he isn’t working at the time he was driving, just as if he was a trucker moving items back and forth, and I’m pretty sure the fact he posted this video on his channel that it was again proof of him working, just again as example ,a flim maker filming in ca would be considered working even if he lived someplace else….
See this guy from DDE, knows what he is doing ,he has been pulled over many times,& knows the law requires a certain dB under the law, even where he is from they have them because he’s even talked about it on his YouTube channel so really he’s trying to skate the law is what he’s doing, DDE is simply pushing things as far as he can..plus he runs a cut out on his exhuast because he has shown it off ..
Yeah but if you’re going to challenge or dispute the officer’s actions, it will be more likely that you get convicted of the traffic offense.
There has been a focused attack on the constitution in the last few weeks.
Today, Sean of long Island audits, arrested.
Flex your freedoms (in prison)
Chilli decastro imprisoned ( not a favourite of mine, but still)
CWB cops should not be mocked
It's not just international treaty but it works within the states as well I when I was younger I received a ticket for a noise violation for my exhaust in Ohio in a car registered in Colorado when I lived in Colorado and I was traveling through Ohio I got back to Colorado in Colorado straight up told me ignore it because it's illegal.
I turned it over to the Colorado State patrol who then turned around and dealt with it for me it has never appeared on my record
Some people are not cut out for police work. Torres would be a prime example.
Pignorant
At least the officer didnt use extreme measure US known for
Fire arm
Can we do away with Commiefornia yet?
God, who the hell would ever want to live in that nightmare of a state.
The driver is an idiot. "What is the legal requirement of a tourist in this country?" Hey genius, you are required to abide by the concordances in the region you're driving in, not the ones from your origination. There are a few exceptions on vehicle requirements but excessive noise isn't one of them.
"How is it if you're from another country"? It's very simple. It doesn't matter where you are from, did you SERIOUSLY FOR EVEN ONE SECOND THINK YOU CAN GO ELSEWHERE AND BREAK THEIR LAWS merely because you're registered elsewhere.
Hint: Excessive noise is illegal even if it's a fart coming out of your mouth.
Why bother to write "it is unclear" the violation when it is going to be on the citation? It's a nonsensical statement since you already had the footage before making the commentary. Who do you think you are fooling?
The driver was an idiot for thinking the officer has to engage in a conversation and convince him that he broke the law. Signing the ticket is not an admission of guilt of breaking any law.
His assertion that an agreement between the US and Canada, means that your vehicle can produce excessive noise, is utter nonsense. No, that is not true at all. You can be found in violation from excessive noise even if you are not driving it on a public road. Granted that is a different code and this may be where the police officer misstepped but the driver would still be guilty of an ordinance violation.
I don't see anything the officer did wrong. You want to pretend that the speeding allegation was falsified but there is no evidence that he wasn't speeding, only that he vaguely stated he went through one area as if it had to be that one area where he was speeding. At the same time, merely contest it in court as a vague visual observation claim of speed isn't likely to result in a finding of guilt.
Clearly the producer of this video doesn't know squat.
I want jerks with excessive exhausts ticketed and no excuses and no nonsense arguing like a whiny little boy would to his mommy. You get issued a ticket and you aren't entitled to jack squat. Nobody is obliged to entertain your conversations or explain the law to you. Ask your lawyer if you have a problem with understanding that your loud exhaust is not welcome by fellow drivers, pedestrians, or anyone else, nor is trying to give LEO's more nonsense when they are doing the job that we the citizens, want them doing.
Who got schooled? Nobody apparently, since the offending driver is probably still out there making excessive noise, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if he was routinely speeding as well. Fair is fair though, if everyone else around him was speeding then it is not reasonable to ticket for going the same speed as everyone else.
What is the lesson to be learned in all of this? Accept when you are making excessive noise instead of acting like a child about being caught.
Just another diirty cop smh
This cop was a disgrace. Not answering a legit question because you embarassed him by showing his incompetence is not your fault. What is Mr Frier's youtube channel. Would love to see this encounter from you perspective. What happened to the complaint?
Dde is fully legal and still has to deal with the police
Having to sign a fine…
Is that just in California or does that apply to more or even all states in the US?
You are not legally obligated to help an officer with his investigation…
Officer Toro Torres, a real bull s….er….
That's just embarrassing for that cop?
Thats actually wrong u follow the laws of the place u go
The issue us you have money and they want to take it from you. Also, stop spending your tourist dollars in Commiefornia.
😊 they don't tell you anything cuz it's on you to educate yourself before you come in and break the law when you do there he is and that's his function
Dude that interior is insane 🔥🔥😂
i dont wanna sound like a smartass but arent all lamborghinis naturally loud without any exhaust work?
California is such a shithole.
This is yet another prime example of why S.M.I.L.E is being developed !
The State Municipal Interstate Law Enforcement database is an officer accountability program.
There will be a website and phone app in the near future!
It catalogs the names, rank, departments, private information, and activities of officers for public knowledge.
Simply put, the people will be able to track and enter incidents and outcomes with law enforcement personnel.
Imagine how things will change with this level of transparency such as being able to see previous encounter info and personal information about the officers at your driver's side window!
That way, everyone gets what they have coming!
The good officers get what they deserve, which is our love, admiration, and protection.
The bad officers get punishment which may be civil, criminal, corporal, or capital in nature!
Photos, videos, and documents will be entered into their record after being confirmed.
Stay tuned for its development and completion news!
at 1:35 he says the car is from California, and then only 20 seconds later at 1:55 he says the car is from Canada …. ????????????
Update??
You got money. Build a racetrack. I'm not impressed at all. The Money itself is the false value on the planet. Then there's the expendable humans who worship it.
I see Zero. Then I see the car as the equation of its sum.
I hear the noise. Then I see hubris.
The Cop doesn't need to exist to find The7 in this man.
Under Constitutional law he isn’t driving anywhere, he is traveling in private property and hence doesn’t need a license, registration, or insurance. It’s his private property and he traveling on public property and this Road Pirate is just trying to extort money from the guy. I truly look forward to society waking up to how bad these road pirates really are!
Little Man syndrome thru and thru.
Canadians are too nice lol
Dirty cops everywhere. Cops just hate everyone.
So called Officer Torez is a stain on that good name.
That cops just jealous because he planned his life so badly that the only thing he can afford is a used Chevy Chevette
