Ok, so I was trying to be creative, and I thought of the “12 days of christmas” which then I turned into “12 amendments of the constitution” Basically I was going to post a video, everyday, for 12 days focusing on the 1-12th amendments….WELL LAPD Harbor Division chose to #1 play STUPID for the camera- IM NOT SAYING THEY ARE NOT STUPID- I AM SAYING THEY PROBABLY DIDN’T KNOW THE 1ST,2ND,3RD ETC AMENDMENTS BUT THOUGHT THEY WOULD COVER IT UP LIKE IT WAS ALL A BIG JOKE #2 SGT. ALVAREZ is way too f*cking sensitive, and paranoid. Why the hell did he get so defensive? WE WERE FINALLY NOT THERE TO COMPLAIN about anything or anyone- I asked a question about the rights he swore to protect!
So I changed my “idea” around, to focus on a truth that plagues our communities. I title this one LAPD, since that is who I’m recording in this video- but the same goes FOR ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT in every city.

Please tell me you sent this to the Police academy, the mayor's office; and along to the Chief of Police as well. It would explain to them why the city pays out so much in settlements every year. If these cops are the ones that the street cops have to answer to if they violated a citizens rights; shouldn't they know what they are without having to look them up first?

Can't really blame them for thinking that. Cop watchers take up a lot of police time for no good reason.
I couldn't recite the constitution either, police don't actually need to be able to do that.
