  1. Question 1 is actually 2 questions. The first being "how is it that..?" the second "do they have..?"
    Question 3: "how is it that.. ?

    I would suggest converting this line of questions into yes/no only. You are asking for an opinions not testimony. Opinions are contradictory in nature and subject to change. Testimony is forever.

    Is it your opinion that I have a right to…?
    Yes.
    Will you…?
    Yes.
    Will you if…?
    No.
    Do you have authority to…?
    No.

    VERSUS

    Do I have rights?
    Uh…. yes!?
    What rights do I have?
    Uh……
    How does one uphold rights?
    Uh…..
    Can rights be converted?
    Absolutely!!
    How? (Asking HOW is like asking WHY… In court you really don't care how or why.)
    Uh….
