Every time I see videos like this the Anger is for the over-priveleged acting Kum-guzzling cops of Course, …but even More-So the fact that these videos are made public so there is NO WAY their Superiors haven't seen them and put a STERN and immediate stop to every Department that refuses to identity to the public!!

    This kind of ignorant Smuggness could turn REEEAAL ugly for a cop who refuses to identify and the Citizen has no other choice but to assume that he or she is dealing with an ARMED police impersonator, ..and fear for their life and all hell breaks loose!!

    That is the Reason That law was put into affect, to Prevent those type of mixups from happening and deter the Mahem that would ensue afterwards

    I guess they won't learn until they become an example Case File. ..(the case of Ember vs Jenkins) ..the No Identify by Cops case that went Bad
