We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause.   11. Assault with a dangerous weapon but she drives the weapon away. Interesting. Who’s responsible if she hits someone else with her car in an hour or so? Not Jason as least.

  12. This women is such an inept human being that she kept the pepper spray laced facemask on the entire time until paramedics told her to remove it. Ofcourse she has trouble breathing now bc she ensured she breathed pepper spray in for 10 minutes rather than breath fresh air. She is a danger to society and I am positive she has done much worse throughout her life but due to her being a female (in genetics only), she was able to avoid the consequences of her actions. If anyone else were to utilize their vehicle as a weapon, it would be immediately considered an arrestable offense. All because she comprehended that her picture was being taken, little does she care that her picture is taken 50 times on her way to the post office and due to her ignorance it doesn't "effect" her nor does it create a cause for her to enact the labor of confronting those with the power of using those cameras. People for the most part are kind, but with that the vast majority are also ignorant, sheepish and willfully choose to die on hills not worth dying on.

  15. OMG she went after you with a deadly weapon!!! . She deserved to be sprayed, she was VERY aggressive and dangerous. Thank heaven the witness was there too. I do understand you're not wanting to press charges but i really think that woman is a danger to the public.

  20. Right from the get-go those deputies dismissed you. That wasn’t right! You were at least the 4th person that the law enforcement made contact with to ask your side of the story. Was that because you were two men? You had cameras? Because the first two on the scene were women and they went directly to the woman involved? Unprofessional how the first two officer’s dismissed you in the beginning.
