   It seems quit a few videos I've seen have one or more officer break off to distract the person recording, acts like they're their best friend and for the most part it seems like it works, because they managed to usually get between the person recording and what they're recording and talking loud enough to drown out any conversations officers are having in the background.

22. Cops are notorious for abusing their authority by arresting someone without a legitimate charge or they will trump one up excessively. Usually the Public Intoxication or Paraphernalia charge is given and when the person realizes if they plead No Contest or guilty they will get out with time served. If you plead innocent then you have to return to trial and pay a lawyer. This is done to inconvenience and punish people by wasting their time and cops are rarely held accountable for this scam of an arrest

25. The one cop in the white, unmarked SUV felt entitled to drive and park on private property, someone's lot, while the stop was going on across the street. What an ass if he did so without owner's permission before doing so.
