This last 20 year’s of new Police Officer’s who replaced Police we used to hang out with because they all had family with children our ages so they had a bit of life experience before they went through a couple of months of training given a pistol the right to break law’s they pull us over for. A friend of mine who definitely had darker than legal side windows was issued a summons for “operating a motor vehicle with the front windows tinted too dark to allow 70% of light through. I told him he was a hypocrite what makes you say that? You have tint on your windshield which is 100% illegal in NYS! So I’ll be writing a letter to this Police Commissioner Of the City of White Plains Police Commissioner’s Office explaining what? Why? and it this City a do as you say not as I do Police Department? That would be a real shame about 6 or 7 really outstanding Police Officer’s retired from WPPD in the last 10 years only to be replaced by people who are supposed to be kind, professional and courteous at all times! This new breed of Cops worries me because is it their fault’s for being undertrained? Or does it start at a younger age during early childhood development? I have so many questions about what I just saw our own Military almost get away with doing the people the Swore an Oath to make the Ultimate Sacrifice if need be from all enemies foreign or domestic. To our Soldiers I hold you all in the highest regard and thank you all for your service it’s great fully appreciated back home. The way I see it is Auditors and Soldiers are protecting the Freedoms, Right’s and Civil Liberty’s I’ve seen grown in the face’s of 19 year olds that a Municipality Hired to protect as a Law Enforcement Officer when he or she only obtained the legal minimum to take the Villages & Town’s Police Exam not even a Associates Degree is required ya think the brass would send a unwritten memo stating Re, the Right’s for anyone being pulled over, stopped for the ole license plate light bulbs are both burned out, make sure the person you’re pulling over is as stupid as Junior made himself last week buy a copy of U.S. Law’s for Dummies and a pocket Constitution and you won’t make yourself’s look so mentally incapable of doing. So if you approach each incident as you should have been trained and began by deescalating the situation instead of all most having to call in Troopers to regain order, wanna know what the Tax Payers will say then? Disband this department serval independent studies have show this Department doesn’t even qualify for Federal Assistance in our Yearly budget. It’s not they eliminated crime altogether their simply isn’t enough parking tickets much less Crimes committed here to justify a entire Police Budget. Town of Ossining Police were either hired on by the right agency for this job The Westchester Police! Same with the The Town of Cortland Police who also absorbed fairly new hires and their’s just not enough crime in that part of Ossining to justify having it. Most of the time I would see them flying “driving quickly” running Code. To assist the Village Officers who managed to clean up Ossining really good! If I didn’t just happen onto a Auditor’s page I wouldn’t have had a clue Police actually speak to the people that sign a check in the form of Taxes which places funds in the payroll account of that Police Department and the check’s clear lol!
