  13. You can do your job without being a prick that was the drivers mother and you can show empathy while investigating the scene you just like being a bad ass cop nothing more. First words out of your mouth was you will be arrested the first officer had it under control second officer just wanted to be a bad ass.

  24. In my opinion. I'm going to have to side with the angry bystanders. The situation is terrible. And more than likely that girl is going to go away for a long time.

    But I am pretty sure you're not supposed to release the faces of minors. Or at least all the news channels I've ever seen a miners face is blurred out.

  33. 16 yo with an effing license? Not old enough to vote or drink or smoke….but hey old enough to drive a lethal weapon….why not let them all have guns and go on a shooting spree. ANYONE under the age of 22 is mentally invincible, which is why youngsters made terrific fighter pilots in WW2. Over the age of 22 you begin to reason.

  36. 16? Aren't 16 year olds with a drivers license suppose to have an adult over the age of 21 with a valid drivers license in the vehicles passengers seat until the age of 18? And that lady bystander shouldn't be out in the public without a muzzle…Salty ass…
