Per the NYPD Patrol Guide….NYPD Officers are directed to utilize their meal breaks during assigned times at specific locations assigned by the Department.
However, NYPD Officers sit in these assigned Department vehicles while assigned to “Protest Duty” to unlawfully utilize their meal breaks, apart from their scheduled meal breaks, robbing City Tax Payers, and violating Departmentel Policy…..
Whats the sense of having rules & regulations governing the NYPD, when the NYPD violates these rules everyday without write-ups by their commanding L T’s and Sgt’s on Site.
