Everyday, NYPD Officers frequent the 7-Eleven in East Harlem where the Manager from that store allows officers to receive free store items without paying…the NYPD prohibits officers from receiving gratuity from businesses just because they are employed by the NYPD…This location has a large amount of officers who visit and receive free stuff..Officers should not use Thier authority to receive free items PERIOD #NYPD
