  7. Smart not to do open carry audit…. that asset forfeiture is always on the table. Losing camera equipment is terrible. Losing a firearm is a totally different animal. It manifest massive amounts of rage.

  11. Hard to understand how if you realize that you are "losing everyday" you do not change tactics. How about as soon as you are asked to leave, you leave, how about when asked for ID you show it? Modify the technique that is not working the way you want it to anymore. You can always go back to the old way after a while. Always needing to have the last word is very expensive. James, you "complain" about inaccurate descriptions but then you go ahead and refer to Police as "Sov Citizens"? This would be "OK" if there was not an actual seperate group (seperate from Police) that do describe themselves as "Sovereign Citizens". The initial thought in my head was "why are these two groups fighting" Better to not cloud things up anymore than is happening on its own.

  16. Elected officials take an oath to the Constitution. If a Municipal or city has a chief I believe they're not elected and they are just hired so therefore maybe there is not an oath to the Constitution taken. But if the sheriff is elected he has to take the oath to the Constitution like all elected officials.

  17. Would you do your first amendment audit alongside people doing a second amendment audit so that people like this guy in Broken Arrow won't get his phone lost after confiscation?

  23. I WISH SOMEONE COULD EXPLAIN HOW THAT FEDERAL MARSHALL WAS NOT ARRESTED TODAY FOR THAT ATTACK ON BAO. HOW CAN THE COPS LEAVE THAT ANIMAL OUT ON THE STREET.HE VERBALY THREATEN AND ABUSED BAO IN FRONT OF HIS BOSS AND A COP..THEN THE BOSS DEMANDS HE GO BACK INSIDE AND HE REFUSES.THEN HE ASSAULTS BAO AND ATTEMPTS TO DESTROY HIS PROPERTY. AGAIN IN FRONT OF HIS BOSS AND ABOUT TEN STREET WITNESSES AND ON FILM.. AND HE COMMITTED THESE CRIMES WHILE ARMED WITH A FIRE ARM. CARRIES A 5 YEAR ENHANCEMENT. THEY ONLY WAY THEY WOULD ARREST THAT ANIMAL IS IF BAO WAS BLOODY LAYING NEXT TO HIS CAMERA I AM.100% PISSED OFF.
