Back on my previous request with Officer Rossi and visitor log I made mention to them that they have a big giant gun in the police department and that it was probably unnecessary I did a couple follow-up phone calls and talk to them on a second visit they finally remove the firearm from the walls.

You reference House Bill 435 in the video… My guy, Florida HB435 does not reference bicycles but does in fact state, " Electronic notification by tax collectors; authorizes DHSMV or authorized tax collectors to collect emails and telephone numbers… and so on… AGAIN, NOTHING TO DO WITH BICYCLES!!! *According to Florida law, motorized scooters, go-peds, and pocket bikes are considered motor vehicles, I'll give you that… However, because motorized scooters, go-peds, and pocket bikes are NOT manufactured to meet the required federal Motor Vehicle Safety Act, they cannot be registered for operation on public roadways, even if the operator has a valid driver’s license. Now, time for the ***MIC DROP** Motorized scooters, go-peds, and pocket bikes can only be ridden on private property with PERMISSION from the owner of the property (e.g., driveway, yard). A person may NOT ride motorized scooters and pocket bikes on sidewalks, bike paths, or roadways. Which also means if your "vehicle" does not meet federal requirements to operate on the above, you can not operate it in a public/private parking lot. So my guy, you might want to educate yourself further.
You aged well Mr. Madison 1775. Rank. Colonel. James Madison Jr. (March 16, 1751 – June 28, 1836) was an American statesman, diplomat, expansionist, philosopher and Founding Father who served as the fourth president of the United States from 1809 to 1817.
What is more disturbing to me than a gun on the wall is those pictures outside of what I assume are police(since it’s at the police department) but they look like soldiers. Do our police need to be geared up like soldiers in America? Are they trying to get us use to them looking like that by putting pictures of them up?
I tried to go in here the other day and they wouldnt let me in. Something about renovations.
The gun is possibly being fitted to an ex military armored troop carrier that are being issued to some police departments.
You're talking like a Libtard! Boooooo!
Go Trump! The Chosen One! 2020 Landsl,….. AVALAAAAAAANCHE!
Clearly the police are afraid of the public.
Why does govt always think OUR safety is THEIR concern?????(rhetorical) I honestly think they are taught that. CLOWNS! Love your style JMA!!!
Just wanted to say I don't recall the machine gun or gum on the wall but I do recall the officer not letting you review public signatures on that sheet in the lobby I do believe he took it away and then you straighten him out right that's all I recall
If your scooter is a vehicle do you have to provide ID if you are pulled over and can a vehicle (scooter) drive on the sidewalk ðŸ¤â€I ask because I’d like to get a scooter like yours🤗😎🇺🇸
Awe that woman was so nice and respectful. Such a great attitude and handled the situation so great!
Shes is the golden example of how government employees should act!! She should get a raise and teach classes on how to deal with the public. I love watching auditing videos and even tho this guy came off kinda confrontational she stayed 100% professional and upbeat! So nice to see in a government employee especially!
Is he an elected official? He is a jerk. Doesn't he have a job? Grass to mow? The lady was so nice.
FUK I HATE THE POLICE STATE
The clerk was very professional. Certainly didn’t deserve your initial attitude.
I bet you don’t try that in Titusville 😂
Thanks Darren, that thing was scary and intimidating.
I thought she was being a bitch till she removed her mask and I saw she was smiling. Man, those masks are evil….stealing our personalities and how we deal with each other.
The town's historical museum would be a more suitable location for all to see, w/o the need to enter a PD station.
I’m impressed with how she handled everything. She was very nice, courteous, and happily took the request. I think we all should learn to treat each other like that.
What a professional records clerk we have at OPD! What a blessing to have such awesome public servants who care about the safety of citizens! Well done, ma’am!
