CPU has been investigating this matter since before this incident happened….CPU had brought this situation to the light with the communities help and we will continue to collect past & present videos of Officer Garcia and the rest of his Anti-Crime partners that abuse citizens along side with Officer Garcia..Our work ain’t done until his whole team is removed and replaced….
