Been receiving many e-mails about #NYPD Anti-Crime Unit Officers from PSA4 stopping and harassing civilians just walking down the street…I went to the targeted area where these officers are harassing people and noticed that the Anti-Crime Unit were driving around prowling the area to do just that, to stop & harass people until I showed up and flushed them out of the area..The people are getting tired of Thier constant abuse and are reaching out to me for intervention.
