#NYPD anti-crime unit officers continue to stop, harass, search motorists and their occupants unlawfully without thier consent, a violation of the Fourth Amendment Rights …..last night these officers we’re targeting everyone in and around nycha projects in East Harlem…. CPU will continue to monitor this area and record all activity…. these officers continue to fail to report these stops to dispatch as required by the NYPD Patrol guide, also these officers failed to give their business cards as required, and they also failed to display their Shields so that they won’t be identifiable when conducting these unlawful stops #copwatch #copwatchpatrolunit
