Any person that accidentally hits and damages City Owned Property by Law has to Report the incident, if not they can be charged with “Destruction of City Property” & “Leaving the scene of the Accident”, both punishable by either summons or arrest, or even both….These PSA5 Housing Officers ran into, damaged both the Vehicle and the fence and did not report the incident, take pictures, nor Report the Damages on the vehicles..they automatically was supposed to call a Supervisor to the scene and fill out a Report which she didn’t do, you can actually hear her say that nothing broke, in which my video shows different…..COPS SHOULD BE HELD TO THE SAME STANDARDS & LAWS
