I remember when there was a time where officers used to connect with the Community. You got in trouble and the officer would take you to your parent instead of Criminalizing you for a candy bar or shooting you dead in the street…Officers Need to lead by example, like this officer taking time out to connect with the kids in the community she protects, a method of how to know your Community and build bridges with that Community…Even though it is against NYPD Patrol Guide to be playing Ball on active duty, she made s choice to violate that policy to connect with the youth in the community she patrols….Much Respect to this Officer…..
