CPU Copwatch Patrol unit encountered officers from PSA 5 unlawfully targeting a black male in front of his building….CPU rushes to the scene while one of the officers try to hinder CPU from getting to the scene… officers get derailed when CPU arrives and start filming the illegal encounter, officers went into the hallway to come up with a lie to justify why they jumped out on that guy, but it backfired when they got caught lying about a 911 call, the 911 call description they were showing the guy was from an earlier incident that had nothing to do with this incident, and they did that because they knew that CPU was filming the whole incident and they also knew that CPU was still filming, but it backfired on them miserably. This is a constant thing that goes on in East Harlem where officers from psa5 the 23rd Precinct the 25th precinct and the 28th Precinct are corrupt and racist who Target young minorities while either walking down the street or standing in front of their building like in this case #NYPD
