I Got 2 complaints from residents at the Jefferson Housing Project about an Officer brandishing and walking around with a Baton in Hand mean mugging people In the area…so I decided to pay this Officer a visit and seen that he is soft spoken, and at the same time didn’t seem to give 2 shits about what I was telling him which then I came to the conclusion that this Officer is very wrong for this area and that I need to keep a very close eye on him…..he’s the one that would beat you down without a thought in the world.
