11. Hey James maybe you can help me answer this, I haven’t found the answer online. I have a valid CCW license. If an officer notices me printing or accidentally exposing my handgun, or if a citizen notices the same and informs an officer about me, does that officer have the right to make me show ID and/or my CCW? I know if Im pulled over in my vehicle then I have a duty to inform if asked, but what about being confronted on foot? I’d like to know my rights on this matter. Thanks so much for keeping them honest.
