  6. Automobiles have been around for more than a hundred years. In that time the changes for safety have increased astronomically. Speed limits have been the same for 75 years?

I DOUBT THEY WOULD GIVE ANYONE A CIVIL TRIAL BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS LITERALLY "VOIDED" THEIR GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS TO COMMON LAW TRIALS BECAUSE OF THEIR "ADHERENCE" CORPORATE "IMPLIED CONSENT" CONTRACTS AKA "DRIVERS LICENSES" … IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT… THEN THATS YOUR PROBLEM…. U DON'T KNOW THE CORPORATE U.C.C. ADMIRALTY CODES AND STATUTES…. ALL A FKIN SCAM TO ROB CITIZENS BY "COLOR OF LAW" CITATIONS…. ITS ALL ILLEGAL BECAUSE OF NON-FULL DISCLOSURE….

  9. They call it " Qualified Immunity " because they're worried about what might happen if they were to call it what it ACTUALLY is which is " Permission To Break The Law " ! ………. There is an equivalent for the subjugated " citizens " eg. >>> Driving a Car is against their statutory law UNLESS you APPLY ( beg ) for a LICENSE ( permission ) … the same goes for ANYTHING that would be " against the law " without a license granted by the entity that " The People " are ALL PRESUMED to have consented to be governed by ( via expressed or implied consent ) thereby diminishing their capacities to that of " citizen " and simultaneously granting THEIR AUTHORITY to the government / nanny state to treat folks as THEY see fit including giving folks the government BENEFIT / PRIVILEGE of Threats of, or ACTUAL Violent Correctional Action !!!

  11. We have a police problem in this country I don't know who is instructing these new policemen but I think that's where the problem is cops are supposed to be heroes not scumbags.

  14. Oh man! You gotta check out how speed limits are created. It's contrary to very basic human psychology. They build the roads for (x)mph speed from a safety standard, but our brains calculate safe speeds naturally based on how wide the road is, how wide the shoulder is, visibility, and other cues. The fact is, they (generally) mark roads slower than what your brain tells you is safe. Of course there will always be idiots who drive seriously too fast, and for those people making the roads unsafe, I'm glad there are police watching my back… But for the most part, the roads are just built wrong. Why should a residential neighborhood have 1 mile of visibility and the road be 40 feet wide? Of course people are going to want to go 40mph there. Tell the government not to exploit that, but fix the roads/signs instead.

Thank you James I don't think you are convincing the right people though you need to convince the corrupt politicians and judges to protect our rights you should go speak with government officials and arm yourself with facts so they can't fast talk you I think DC would be a great place to start

  18. I get what you're saying it's a cash grab . Going 20% over the speed limit is speeding and the bridge over the lake had a crack going virtually all the the length of the bridge . Structure of the bridge could be slowly weakening too . A warning should be given first , then second time a $25 ticket .

I haven't gotten a traffic citation in 12 years and then one day I had to swerve around this huge wide truck that was stopped in the right lane and occupied a portion of my lane, so I got a ticket for driving against traffic just because one wheel went over the yellow line when I was going around the truck, although there were no vehicles on the other side and it was a side road, so I go to court and the judge makes me an offer I couldn't refuse, which is to pay an extra $600+ to not get 6 points on my record, the same points as a DUI by the way, a legalized bribe for a trumped up and unreasonable charge, I end up paying about $800. 
    A cop I know told me that they are given quotas of how many tickets to give out each month and they have to meet it anyway they can, so we have to pay for their protection like the mob used to protect us back in the day, makes sense, but instead of "Godfather" you have to call him "Your Honor".

  32. I’d like to point out that I’ve had multiple in counters of officers speeding out of the police station in rockwall with no lights, causing me to slam on my brakes and almost get T-boned.
