  1. Johnny I have fucked with you about your voice soo many times because I thought it was hilarious but my hat's off to you as I watched you live go up against Shaq himself when he was pissed and wanted to swat you like a grizzly bear and you kept on pissing him off even more. That takes balls and confidence that those guys were not going to let that monster actually kill you. Bambuser is a hell of a thing.

  2. Damn it I wish we were given more of a heads up! I would have loved to have joined your Bambuser live chat, or even go to Downtown L.A. to join the auditing. I've never audited; but I've been following your channel — along with CA Guardian and HDCW — for a few months. I have a new iPhone X, so would love to try it out for auditing. Anyway, I was able to see the Fox 11 segment the other night. You came across as articulate as usual. Keep up the good work. Also, from viewing your videos last night (and the night before), I was surprised that many of our federal civil servants would easily be triggered by harmless comments and video photography. Some of them can easily be mistaken for thugs. It's troubling that our government would seem to employ such low quality people. It makes me wonder of all the corruption and abuse that happens behind bars.

If you have another meetup soon to practice our First Amendment rights against the tyrants, I'd be certain to join. Keep up the good work!

    Signed,

One Of Your Many Fan Boys (lol)

  3. JOHNNY FIVE O.. That female security guard used pepper spray – tear gas – inappropriately and unlawfully because it was not in self-defense, her actions were provocative and not defensive as seen in the video – here is the relevant legislation governing the use of tear gas in California CALIFORNIA PENAL CODE TEAR GAS AND TEAR GAS WEAPONS :

22810-Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any person may purchase, possess, or use tear gas or any tear gas weapon for the projection or release of tear gas IF THE TEAR GAS OR TEAR GAS WEAPON IS USED SOLELY FOR SELF-DEFENSE PURPOSES.

Any person who uses tear gas or any tear gas weapon EXCEPT IN SELF-DEFENSE is guilty of a public offense and is punishable by imprisonment for 16 months, or two or three years or in a county jail not to exceed one year or by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both the fine and imprisonment.

  4. U.S. Supreme Court United States v. Grace, 461 U.S. 171 (1983) As a general matter, expressive activities involving "speech" protected by the First Amendment in "Public places," such as streets, sidewalks, and parks, historically associated with the free exercise of expressive activities, are considered, without more, to be "public forums." Therefore the sidewalks forming the perimeter of the grounds of the federal building that are indistinguishable from any other sidewalk should not be treated any differently, and thus are public forums for First Amendment purposes.

  5. "If anyone says you are harassing them…. I will ask you to leave…." This is in another video, when all that the person is doing, is taking film inside of a building. Anyone can say they are being harassed, but the fact that you are merely taking pictures inside of a building is not the legal form of harassment.

  6. I am watching these small clips, and I can't wait to comment on youtube, when they are downloaded. One was the giant Blackman that came out of the Federal prison, just walking saying "Show me some respect, show me some respect." I bet you money he harasses the inmates big time, and if he thinks that they were even looking at him, in a way he thought he deserved more respect, that inmate who had done nothing when be in for it. He seemed very very mental to me. He seemed depressed and mental, and ready to explode any minute.

  7. Watched you live last night at the detention center and just wanted to give you credit where it is due. Best stream I have ever watched notwithstanding the stream that brought you there in the first place..The best hands down. The employee who sprayed Silent Citizen & California Guardian did something that isn't called a mistake. It was intentional and malicious. Your response was justified and wonderful to watch. My only regret was not capturing it in all its glory. It didn't stream in all its glory either. Best I can tell is nobody was standing behind you to capture the great work you were doing. Not saying there weren't others in the area supporting you or trying to do what you were doing. To me this was a great step in a new direction. Tonight might be another step in that same direction. I know there are people there with you and around you. I hope somebody is capturing the work you are doing.

  8. Hey Hey Johnny Boy – just watched the bambuser feed from tonight…. $14.34 says one of these fuckers is gonna snap and someone will get fuckin' hurt. Please keep up the good work, and please try not to get fuckin' shot!
