“Strategic Response Group (SRG2) starts beeping the horn at a Vehicle that couldn’t move because of an Ambulance that was parked in the middle of the street and for no reason, when they noticed that a young looking guy of color was at the wheel, officers jump out on the vehicle and demanded the licence & registration just to run a background check on the driver for no reason, the end result was no Summons of any kind was written. I questioned the officers about their unconstitutional actions towards the driver which in return they were very stupid about their answer…While filming, some dum Ass female EMT Worker thought that she can shut me down by telling me to stop recording which I told her what to do with herself…
