@Copwatchtv obtained body and dash camera footage of the senseless murder of New Mexico State Police Officer Justin Hare on March 15th, 2024.
The offender was Jaremy Smith who was stranded on the side of the road. Officer Hare had no idea he was dealing with a violent criminal. Officer Hare was shot and killed by Smith. Hare did not even have a chance to pull his firearm.
The man hunt lasted over 3 days and ended up in Albuquerque, N.M. when a gas station clerk identified him.
Smith has been charged in New Mexico and South Carolina for his crimes. He is also facing federal charges.
