  1. Thanks 😊 thanks for admitting that most egotistical cops don’t know the traffic laws. Most egotistical cops make up their own laws anyway lol they surly hide behind their badges and cry they’re in fear for their life’s when shooting first asking questions later 🤦🏽‍♀️.

  2. Of course they arrested her to fulfill their primary mission, which is to cause as much harm to the community and to citizens as they can. The evidence of this is that there was no victim in this interaction except for her. Police that are trying to solve crimes and protect the community would not even bother to care that someone presented with a closed sidewalk crossed the street safely. This proves that service to the community and general community safety is not the goal of those police, rather they were waiting for an opportunity to do harm to a citizen.

  3. Excellent video and excellent evidence for a civil suit after her civil infraction (not arrest able crime) that was given in retaliation.

  4. I'm an Old man who like to walk. I J walk because it's safer. I lives 1 block and 5 houses from the corner store it's safer to drive. People are looking to their left Im on the right. I'm guilty of this too. So I J walk. I can die OBEYING of a STATUE.

  5. Until we require all law enforcement to carry their own personal liability insurance this will continue. That way when they make illegal arrests they can get sued personally. Then when their insurance won't cover them anymore they can't be a cop any more period.

  6. Must be a record of who put the closed sign there and why, cant close sidewalk without good reason, otherwise putting pedestrians in danger.

  7. Random fact: soft body armor is defeated by Fort Scott munitions 9 mm 80 grain tumble upon impact. (Only use in accordance with state and federal laws) (do not use against humans)

  8. Great work on breaking this down for everyone and making it understandable thank you….

  9. James, you almost got it perfect. The only error is 9:04 to 9:11 She crossed right to left.
The closed sidewalk was on the North side of the intersection. The Burma Road side was her "destination".

  10. The wanted to ID her, put her through the system, and be able to TRACK her going forward with reports. Total abuse of power. They had the "rookie" write her up because he can more likely be perceived as "ignorant" of the law he was falsely claiming to enforce. She needs to sue em all.

  11. Someone should send this info to the police & the sergeant. Looks like they might benifit from some proper information. As they appear to be ill informed about their jobs.

  12. I appreciate the brush up on the crossing laws bro it’s hard sometimes to know all the little specific ones especially when your in the moment. But that’s good she was in the right. Vg.

  13. Great stuff! But most people shouldn't have to know this, people on foot shouldn't have to travel farther then necessary in regards to safety

  14. “How to cross the street” ahjhaja land of the “free” yeah ohhh kaaayyy!!! LOL
