This was back when amagesset made good videos, unlike what they do now
those snowflakes should not be officers of the law.
It bugs me bad when you show cops poster 7 and they still are to stupid to get it and enforce feelings
The cops should get a D..because you are supposed to be nice and kind and professional that is a right not a given…and they should know the basic not everything because no one can know everything..and the auditor a C+..
I can't believe you gave them a C- and them a B. How disgusting
Nope. Gutterman gets an A+
YOU, get a C- for failing to mention the DHS memo making it perfectly clear that the 1st amendment in any federally owned building is completely unrestricted.
Sorry, not sorry, ATA is wrong on this one.
Wow, I almost bought into your grading system, you know with the cops being calm and sweet and all, which is good for you and your cause. But the female Sergeant officer, whom you gave a sweet generous B grade, was for sweetness only. You know as well as I do that she lied a number of times. She has the handcuffs, not the auditor, she has qualified immunity, not the auditor. Is it sinking in? No it's not because you know exactly what you're doing. YouTube Will Shadow ban this because they are bought and paid for cowards
Audit the audit is trash and a bootlicker that steals vids!
The dissemination of information in your video appears to contain inaccuracies, specifically regarding the amount paid out by the town. It is evident that you are deliberately emphasizing the figure of $10,000 within the title of this video, whereas the actual sum disbursed was $9,500 USD. Given the substantial reach of your platform, reaching well over 750,000 individuals, the misrepresentation of facts has resulted in significant damage. Consequently, I hereby formally demand compensation in the amount of $500 from Audit the Audit, reflecting the difference and the consequential harm inflicted by the dissemination of false information.
PS, if you've read this far you should know that while yes I'm 100% taking the piss I'll still happily accept $500.
The way to do this correctly would be found viewing Long Island Audit's visit to the Post Officer in Annapolis Maryland a while back…Enlisting the aid of two Postal Inspectors…he provided a memorable motivational seminar for USPS associates,,, and a squad of local gendarmes…
too many errors in this video. i Give ATA a z minus
Grading
You diving these tyrants a b is why I stopped watching…..your really not that knowledgeable…you can tell they just wanted to end the situation so they said fuck it were just gunna take the hit we dont have to pay the money anyways the people do…..your dumb bro …put more effort into your work
*itch pig says "heres my card, you can sue me" 🤦ðŸ½â€â™‚ï¸but gets a "B" Coz "They remained calm & professional"🖕ðŸ¾
AtA's take here did age well at all. Some sketchy conclusions….
If you watch the entire video you will see that the officers did NOT remain professional. The female sgt was extremely unprofessional and is an absolute disgrace to the good officers out there.
This video and ATA gets and F for this video
Yes, Poster 7 definitely doesn't give people permission to record in a post office. I support auditors for what they do, but they should stick to the argument that the 1st amendment allows them to record for the very reason that the public may need to document corruption. The post office handles ballots. We should be able to document the mishandling of ballots.
que hueco fiscal
Atleast he donated to 10k to charity
But what about the need of a crime for trespass, and lawful activity cannot be made into a crime ?
tbh man was a good video till you gave the people who lost a lawsuit to the person you graded a C. obvi your evaluation is off from how the law is represented and the grading is wrong. Also i think your interpretation of the law is wrong. in terms of the constitution.
Funny how you barely cover the lawsuit cause if you did, it would reveal your misconceptions and bullshit that you're tricking a mass amount of people with. Didn't expect much else especially with the amount of videos that disprove what you say in yours.
ATA is the CNN of auditing.
The officers get an F. They were 100% incorrect. This video is probably the worst you’ve ever made
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it a million times, women should never be allowed to be police or in the military. They have lowered the standards to allow women in and it hurts the quality of ALL
Love amagansett press sorry if I spelled it wrong!
A for Amagansett press. I see it different
In my opinion the Silverthorne Police Department deserved a D grade, for not knowing, or caring about Poster 7 Rules & Regulations regarding behavior on Postal property. Mr. Gutterman deserves an A+ for the way he handled this ignorant Department. The sergeant was especially disgusting, with her hostile and dismissive attitude. Your assertion that the city paid off Mr. Gutterman to somehow save the City of Silverthorne from their own stupidity when it comes to their own laws is absurd.
i know this is an older video, but jason has gotten so much better at his audits over the past few years. just comparing this with his current stuff. it's so much more productive.
Sargent should be reduced in rank and pay.part of the suit.
All I see and understand is that we go against the government we are fak!
Glad to see Jason followed up on this !!!! ….
These guys just seem like Karens to me not gonna lie.. they just trying to cause trouble. The cops weren't very bright, but still.. lol
Video. Sucks
They may not infringe our rights..regardless of what they think.. 2e qlso have the right to abolish and reform the government
The reason he needed in writing was so he would have legal standing to fight it
A grade B for breaking the law? Really? Bootlicker much?
Jason always ask the local pd if they have an arrangement with the post master, also, Jason is never distruptive it is always the customers and the emoloyees who are.
NUMerous
the fact that people can walk into a post office armed with a camera, legal knowledge, and a confrontational attitude, make a scene with the local constables, then walk away with a considerable amount of money: this makes me think of these auditors as 21st century marauders, travelling around from one jurisdiction to another, as if raiding towns for plunder.
When these lawsuits cost cities a bit more, cops will start respecting Constitutional Rights.
Another case of officers getting cagey when asked specific questions, refusing to be direct.
That always escalates. Always.
There is too much ambiguity in poster 7 – too much discretion. Auditing USPS facilities is just not a good idea. Churches and other private organizations (from the public sidewalk) are a much better test of local law enforcement, imho. The best locations are those that are known “traditional public forums†again, imho. I love the church IA audits from the public sidewalk because it is just slathered with irony before the cameras even roll.
If the dude was black he would have caught 10 charges against him
