LESSON 1- Hide behind pole and use the Newspaper & remove your hat to look normal.
LESSON 2- Wait patiently until the civilian is in the Ambush Zone.
LESSON 3- When in the Ambush Zone, Attack Them.
As you see in the video that the Lieutenant was upset with these Rookie Officers for letting the young female go and not writing her a summons which I felt that these officers did the right thing…The Officers probably realized that criminalizing people for $2.75 was nonsense, and you can also see by their face expressions that they didn’t give 2 shits about her Agenda…This lieutenant should be forced to resign from the NYPD.
