It really depends on the circumstances, In the Catron case, we are talking about trespassing people from a public park. In Adderly v. Florida the court found that the government can trespass people from public property in order to preserve the use for which it was intended.

23. I can understand his frustration, but the two gentleman he was discussing this with were quite professionally listening to his complaints, and attempting to answer accordingly. When you're not trying to belittle someone in the public arena, they'll generally work better with you, and might take better interests in your complaints. I can't recall the amount of times I've been belittled through working in retail at a customer service counter for things I didn't do (especially lately), so I oddly put such things into perspective. Anyhow, share your frustrations and such, but respectfully, and I think you'll have a better chance at resolving your issues — unless you're just wanting the argument, whereas this video seems so.
