The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. 70-year-old Cornell Davis Jr was last seen on Thursday, September 19, 2024, on the 62XX block of Chestnut Street.
He is 5’6″, 120 lbs., and brown eyes.
