The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. A 55-year-old Luis Padua was last seen on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., on the 46XX block of Roosevelt Boulevard.
He is 5’6″, 140 lbs., and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded shirt, blue jeans, and green/beige sneakers.
