The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Richard Haynes, an endangered missing person.
Mr. Haynes was last seen on May 31, 2024, at 39xx Woodland Avenue. He is 60 years old, 6’1” tall, and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and salt-and-pepper hair.
